Well after 27weeks, (I started on July 4th) I finally graduated! The reason it has taken so long is two fold, A) I'm 72 and I still thought I could run like I did when I was 17! B) lots of niggling injuries, Pulled muscles, achilles tendon pulled, then tendonitis, etc.,etc., and NOT taking notice to SLOW DOWN!
It's been an interesting journey, and thanks to all who have offered encouragement along the way and the advice given throughout this excellent forum. I can't thank you enough. So anyone who may be on here as a newbie, TAKE NOTE of the advice given here, and if at the age of 72 I can succeed, then so can you!

You've seen how long it's taken me, it doesn't matter when you finish as long as you keep going! So keep it up, you'll get there, I have every faith in you!
