I’m back!

I dipped into this site before but I’m back again! From my initial post I have switched to Nutracheck from MFP… all going well so far! I’m determined to get my weight down significantly before I hit the big 4 0! I’ve started swimming and I’m just about at enough courage to hit the gym… 😄

I’ve changed my weigh day to a Thursday to fit with my SO having that weigh day. I’ll need to find another page to post on 😃

We just have one weigh in now, running all week. You'll find it on Thursday by following the link I've given you above. That takes you to Pinned Posts and the weigh in is third down the list.

Can you cycle at all . Gosh just got on my bike and my legs ache like crazy!!

Not really 😂 I used to cycle but find my knees struggling, I’m hoping if I shift some weight I might get back into it!
