Is it normal to get hot when you are hungry or tired.
Hi I am on 137 mcg levothyroxine dropped from 150 and 50,000 units vit D2 for Vit D deficiency, and also low on iron so I am taking 325 ferrous sulfate every other day . The D2 once a week. My question is: Is is normal to get hot when you are tired or hungry, (not starving) I was diabetic but no longer

I’m hoping for advice on how to ease the pain, numbness and swelling in my hands. I had nerve induction studies (NIS) done last Thursday and the results show severe carpel tunnel in both wrists/hands. I’ve had symptoms since last November that are getting progressively worse. I had a MRI on my neck just

Circumcision 3 days ago.
Hi all. I'm.pretty new to this and desperately looking for answers. I live in the uk and I'm 28, I've had phimosis all my life and got to the point circumcision was the only answer. I was told I needed it. No doubt in a few months all will be ok. I'm now on day 3, very swollen and not yet able to pull

A bit of progress and CBD oil
Hi everyone.. Just thought I'd write to give you the latest on my treatment just in case it would help anyone else.. I have had yet another blood test and been told everything is "normal".. which is good... although I've not seen the results for myself so don't know what the actual ferritin level is.

Ferrograd C - does it sell in the UK?
Hi all, I’m in the UK for some time and I can feel that my iron is low again (been a continuous issue for years, I know the signs). In Australia I used to take Ferrograd C with fantastic results. Is there an equivalent here? I haven’t come across it. Ferrograd: Each tablet contains: Dried ferrous

Feeling ill after 1st "long" run?
Hi there! I was so proud to have been able to complete the 20min of week 5 yesterday, but the aftermath has been pretty horrific. I am assuming it's dehydration (which is weird in itself as I am a big water drinker), or just exhaustion but would love some thoughts? After coming back for the run I went

Coming off pramipexole
I would stick at it but it is difficult. I was on pramipexole for 9 years. Initially it worked well. But I had to keep increasing the dosage from 0.088mg at the start to 0.7mg for the last 3 years. Like you I was suffering from augmentation and it became clear that pramipexole was making my condition

Heaviness that’s better with walking
For past two months I have a heaviness on my chest that’s there every morning and gets better by the afternoon. It’s also better after exercise - by which I mean an hours walk with my dog. I feel my breathing improves and heaviness lifts after walking. Does this sound cardiac? Does this sound cardiac

Slow and steady today
Last Wednesday, I developed really painful shin splints so I was unable to run or even walk properly for a few days. I wore my more comfortable trainers today and felt determined to do another 30 minute run but at a steady pace. My calves were quite painful at the beginning but the pain gradually reduced
