Hi, I was wandering if Epsom Salts can be taken as a magnesium supplement.

You can have Epsom salts baths or foot soaks. Some people find they help. I think taking it orally is generally for constipation. You might want to read this article if thinking about taking it orally:

It's a poorly absorbed form of magnesium. There are much better forms.

Sea salt would be better for magnesium.

Trouble with sea salt is that you might need an awful lot to get enough magnesium. And that could be too much sodium.
