ABLATION +2 YEARS + COVID JAG
Just had my Covid jag, completely painless, a minor scratch and that was it. Unfortunately the lead up to the Jag was not so good, when I had passed the 2 booths verifying my eligibility/conditions etc I felt like I was going to get a lethal injection as both explained in great detail the potential side

TEN WHOLE MILES!!!
Unbelievably, I have managed to run 10 miles this morning! After accidentally stopping 500m short a couple of weeks ago (tragic! ☹️), I was determined to get out today and finish the job! Started well, did the 1st half with a friend, then I had to get myself back on higher ground to finish off. Nearly

Great results with vitamins, next steps?
Hi all I wanted to say thanks to all those who helped me when I was (and do) feel pretty crappy. As you can see from the attached, thanks to your advice with supplementation I’m now at a great level with my vitamins and you can see the impact it has had on my thyroid results. TSH AUG - 0.181, NOV -

Thought hashimotos, Now graves
Well after a year of thinking I had hashimotos (lots of hypo symptoms, including low t4, positive tpo antibodies), treated this with levo. I then had a 'flip', came off levo, symptoms remained, so had the TSH receptor antibody test and tested positive for Graves Disease (with a range of symptoms, palpitations

Anybody tried magnesium injections?
Just out of interest? I feel my magnesium uptake is pretty low, despite taking a few supplements a day and having regular baths in epsom salts. I've read that often injections are recommended but, obviously, these aren't available OTC in the UK. So just curious whether anybody had and felt the benefits

Asthma combined with other conditions?
I have had asthma since I was 19 and next month I am 50. About 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea and another related condition beginning with H? I have PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. Lockdown has been difficult in terms of staying active

Week 1 completed
Not aching quite so much now. Seems to be my calve muscle feeling it the most. I’m using the Epsom salts and followed a simple yoga stretching class on you tube before I went out. I’m still not running with ease at this stage. Has anyone repeated week 1 before moving on. Or do I just move

Iron ferritin levels
Hello, My ferritin level is 35 so my doctor has given me ferrous sulphate tablets. 200 mg. take one tablet twice a day. I have been reading on here that ferrous bicglycinate has better results. Would you advise me to continue with the ferrous sulphate, or change to ferrous bicglycinate. Thanks

Hand Foot Syndrome and/or Neuropathy
Hi All, I have asked about this one before on this list, but with a new year, perhaps it is time to see if anyone has any new ideas. I am on Faslodex, Verzenio, Zometa, and now Retacrit (Procrit), along with pain meds, etc., but it is certainly one of the first three that is causing the problem in my

I have written previously about my experience with rls and augmentation. For about 3 weeks now I have been cutting the 0.25mg Ropinirole tablets in half and with 50mg Tramadole capsules am experiencing serious withdrawal with an average of 2 to 3 hours sleep achieved each night but at 20 to 30 minute

Painful feet with Lupus?
Hello lovely peeps. I was diagnosed with lupus nephritis last week and started cyclophosphamide yesterday. I have noticed this week that when I have a bath it is really painful on my feet, like it is when you submerge a burnt body part in hot water. They then mark up with pin pricks as do my legs though
