What have people found to be the best support during their fertility journey? I thought it would be good to start a post to share ideas of things which have kept us sane during the whole IVF process!
For example, I loved acupuncture and the ‘Mindful IVF’ app which supports you through all stages of your IVF.
I also liked creating ‘me-time’ with a bath, candle, epsom salts, lavender and a good podcast (or TV show on the laptop in the bathroom!)

With my first I tried to keep doing yoga as long as I could, and talked to people who had/were going through it.
I’m following for ideas because my second ivf cycle was a nightmare, I was so stressed and anxious and terrified something would go wrong and then I had a missed miscarriage and I realised all that worrying literally achieved nothing, I couldn’t control the outcome. So I’m trying to figure out how I can move forward into future rounds a little more calmly
I also found talking to people who had experience with fertility treatment useful. They are the only people who understand and who you can have a real conversation about it with. Fertility network host great support groups xx
Hi Winnie i hope you are doing well and everything is going well.
I dont know many girls going through infertility and i have some toxic people in my family which makes me not talk openly about my journey.
That is why this forum is a great place for me to ask for advice and also read about all the journeys. ❤️
What gave me strength during very low times is to have a night in. The two of us a few drinks and just talking. Or with the great weather now walking and just being alone.
I google alot about how different believes deal with infertility and although i still sometimes have anxious moments that it never will happen (ttc now 4 yrs) i leave it to faith and destiny and try to focus back on my life.
