Are We Responsible for the Success of Our Therapy?
For instance, if I’m caught in a traffic jam and late for an appointment, I may experience a lot of
stress
and believe it’s partly justified and beyond my control. However, upon reflection, I may realize that I’m actually feeding my
stress
by holding those two beliefs.

finding hope and joy
I’ve been dealing with other hard things alongside infertility (estrangement from parents, therapy for cptsd, near break up of my relationship with partner,
stress
at work, buying a house) . I honestly don’t know how I’ve dealt with it all.

pulsing sensation in chest
Doesn’t seem to be triggered knowingly by any food or drink or bouts of

. A non cardiac cause has seem to be ruled out by

test treadmill wired up, 2 CT scans and MRI
stress
test ruling out blood supply issues.

An Update after Echo Stress test
However, Dr tells me that he saw some subtle changes in the anterior wall and septum during
stress
. The results page says: 1. Exercise
stress
echocardiogram is positive for inducible ischemia. This is an intermediate-risk
stress
test result. 2.

Will the cardiologist listen if I show them my Fitbit heart rate graphs?
I was told I'd be having tests like an echocardiogram and maybe a
stress
test but my letter says it's a 10 minute video call with the cardiologist. I have palpitations that are being managed with beta blockers but I'm still getting sudden spikes in my heart rate which are captured by my Fitbit.

adrenal stress profile - help with results and advise
Hello, can anyone help me decipher these results please? These were taken on quite a chilled out weekend. I can see the cortisol levels do not do what they are supposed to. what does this mean? Are there any ways to correct it?

Fatigue Three Months after 3 stents in my RCA
I’m getting a
stress
Echo in two weeks to make sure. But again, given the number is stents I have placed the doctor says it’s not uncommon to ‘ take awhile’ I not out of breath but very fatigued for a good portion of the day. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Free Mindfulness Course
I stumbled upon this absolutely free mindfulness based
stress
reduction (MBSR) course. It includes material from some well known practitioners. It's meant to be done over eight weeks, or longer. Seriously, no catch. It's free!https://palousemindfulness.com/
