Can bacterial infections cause this?

In March this year (2023) I started to feel very ill and at the same time a pain in my left hip/leg started so I was hobbling back n forth to the bedroom! In May I went to the doctor and was sent for endo/colonoscopy. I was diagnosed with a stomach and kidney infection. At the end of September I finished the 6th round of antibiotics but am still having problems walking properly. The pain can be at times in my back and my inner thigh /knee, I think since March I probably have had 5 pain free days and walked properly. I went to a chiropractor but it was the wrong place and have now referred myself to physiotherapy. I dont know if this is related to the inflammatory conditions I had/have, diet or stress or even if its arthritis,. Any insights welcome.

Whatever triggered it, may not be what's causing the problem now. It could be muscle spasm. TBH think you should push your GP to see someone about this specific issue. It may not have anything yo fo with the infection. Good luck
