You may be the same again. You will recover but you will always some type of setback and post PTSD. Hopefully you don’t not everyone does. Lots of luck to you.

Week 2 Run 1
So to anyone starting out and feeling like Week 1 to Week 2 is a big step, try not to
stress
to much and go for it, I can almost guarantee you will be surprised. The true agony comes later lol 😆 😂, only kidding. Hope everyone who went out today had a good one. Run happy, run safe.

Severe Proximal RCA Disease and Moderate LAD Disease - NO FURTHER ACTION!
Apparently my MRI
stress
test wasn't very good, and I have been advised to cut down on my cycling, but they can't say how much is too much. He said 99% of our patients don't do any exercise, and I am a unique case. I feel like a second opinion is needed

Ablation or not? I really don't know what to do
caught out somewhere having a huge afib episode, EPs want me to have an ablation, I am so confused, I don't know what to do...I have had maybe three episodes of afib after migraine and vomiting, with or without alcohol in the picture, migraines seem to happen on an electrolyte imbalance or physical

Tinnitus following an adverse reaction to medication- and only alcohol helps!
I am also told that it could be
stress
, or a Eustachian tube dysfunction, but cannot get any help from the UK medical system at present.

Daily question reminder
We often deal with so much drama and
stress
in our daily lives having this disease that we often forget that living life is what we all need to strive to do. As I've said before we are not PBC. PBC does not define us.

Last cycle with own eggs
I'm absolutely terrified about any possible outcome and I can feel the
stress
between myself and my husband. I'm 42 so time isn't on my side. I've been given additional meds from my clinic which was helpful as further tests all came back in the normal range but they agreed to do this for me.

Raised liver levels
I do have an awful lot of
stress
on my plate so my behaviour is probably disproportionate I know. Anyone else had this suggested to them? Or do I have an ultra vigilant GP?

Bad case of depression and not sure where to turn
I've had a lot of
stress
over the last couple months and one big source of my
stress
ended a little over a month ago. But since then I've been feeling more and more depressed every day and less motivated. It's like I crashed from all the
stress
and anxiety and now it's turned into depression.

Blood results- T3 levels consistent? Can I improve them?
Or do flare ups from eating the wrong thing or
stress
(or anything else?) cause them to fluctuate - hence feeling rubbish during a flare? And are there non-medication ways to aid T4 conversion? Liver detox diet etc? Any knowledgable advice very welcome!

🍏Woeful or Wonderful?
The
stress
of the day melted away. The sharp cold air waking all my senses enabling me to sharpen my thoughts & decision making. The rhythm of the run calming and restorative in itself. I turned homeward. The run was almost done and yes Wednesday was Wonderful!!

Waving my white flag today
Wondering if others have found ways to shift to other jobs for reduced
stress
and making a change. I struggle with change and not sure I could even interview well in current state. I’m struggling day by day.

Hi Hope everyone had a happy Christmas Day and
stress

Stress and Anxiety
So the
stress
and anxiety of contact ( we never lived together) got worse and worse. It took me a couple of years, 4 cardeoversions and 2 ablations to accept that it was time to get out of that situation and cut all ties.
