With the. weather still continuing to be ridiculously mild even here in the NE I made the most of it to slot this one in.From memory of last time Week 2 doesn't feel particularly harder than Week 1, and so it proved again, the extra 30 seconds of running being offset by longer walking and 2 fewer runs.
So to anyone starting out and feeling like Week 1 to Week 2 is a big step, try not to stress to much and go for it, I can almost guarantee you will be surprised.
The true agony comes later lol π π, only kidding.
