Frozen shoulder: Has anyone had hydrodilation... - Pain Concern
Frozen shoulder
FWIW - a great many times it is caused by a problem in the neck, which a Chiropractor can help heal.
I do have hypothyroidism also diabetes. My left shoulder was operated on twice.once in 2013 and again in 2014.never had the treatment I mentioned just wondered if it any help. As it's my right shoulder has gone the same way
Injections will ease the pain but will not cure a frozen shoulder .I ended up having manipulation under a general annasthetic which did work . Regards Rob
Haven't tried it, often frozen joints or bursitis are related to a vit B12 and or Vit D deficiencies. Look up the connection.
I have what the doctors refer to as bursitis in my left hip, had 2 cortisone novocaine injections there. 6 years now. Frozen shoulder in my left shoulder so bad I coun only move my arm from the elbow down for over 8 months, received 3 injections in shoulder, lidocaine lanacane and novocaine and 1 year of PT. Now have it in my right shoulder, no doctors "help" with this shoulder, it has not become near as bad as the hip or right shoulder becasue I started taking magnesium and sulfer. I lived on IBU and vicodon for 7 years..but now I don't have to take any pain meds, I do have to keep the joints moving, there is soreness and they are stiff in the morning. But not the pain I use to have. Yes I take B 12 and Vit D with many other supplements. My B12 is high. Supplements working, Vit D is borderling normal/low. Not telling anyone to try what I am doing...just telling my experince with pain.
Kinetic Chain Release therapy has had successful results with frozen shoulder and carper tunnel. There are many therapists in Scotland, and a few in London.
