Restarting
Good morning! I've woken up today determined to lose weight and get fit. Last week I joined a ladies only gym and got back on my bike again after spinal surgery last year - cycled 5 miles on Wednesday ando 7.5 miles on Friday. I also go to pilates class on Wednesdays and walk my dog. This all sounds

Spinal cord stimulator
Has anyone had a spinal cord stimulator to help with CRPS? If so did it help, how was the recovery time and are you able to function better then before it.

Is it enough to say, "Avoid Proteins"?
Greetings. I'd been wondering how to get the most out of my CD/LD and was curious about which protein-rich foods - chicken or chickpeas? - interfered most with levodopa absorption. It's 3 particular animo acids in protein that are the culprits - branched-chain amino acids (or BCAAs) named leucine

Cervical spine fusion
So the cervical vertebrae are bone on bone with spur extensions that are putting pressure on the
spinal
cord. I have been offered a full cervical
fusion
or a series of injections first to see if this will relieve some of the pain.

Sacroiliac area and groin pain ( I cannot lie down or sit)
The picture is clouded as I had a
spinal
fusion
twenty years ago, and although two top doctors I have see both said after MRIs that they can see no reason for the pain. But as yet nobody has been able to throw any light on this and it gets worse all the time.
