Spinal cord stimulator

Has anyone had a spinal cord stimulator to help with CRPS? If so did it help, how was the recovery time and are you able to function better then before it.

Hi haylou I had the scs done it did not work for me but it may work for other people, mine was a trial had it for 6 days it took them half a day to fit it. For me it did not help my crps my pain specialist tried everything for me in the end my crps in my left hand & arm was so deformed and so painful that they amputated.

I have got CRPS, did you say that you had your left hand & arm amputated???

I was thinking of having my right leg amputated.

This is where my pain is worse, once I am off the leg the pain stops instantly.
