frustrated with restriction of naproxen

After an unsuccessful spinal fusion surgery in 2001(and 2 more since) I’ve been taking naproxen for about 15 years and get that together with a long list of other pain meds every 3 months,I’ve now been told I can only have 2 month supply of naproxen at a time which is messing up my repeat meds routine

i am 10 days out from quad bypass surgery. i have had 5 spinal fusion surgeries and none of them compare to this. mornings are brutal . i have a friend that helps but i am one of those who find it hard to half to depend on others. just asking for a little ; what to realistically expect the next 4 weeks

Spinal Stenosis

So, I propose that some tinnitus could be a warning bell for later things to come and that early intervention might prevent senility and tinnitus ………….has anyone had success relieving T via spinal fusion?

Spinal fusion question

My adult daughter anterior had L5/S1 spinal fusion surgery with instrumentation 3 months ago for excruciating and longstanding pain from a prolapsed disc. She has made fantastic progress and is practically pain free.

Meds after spinal fusion

My fusion was 11 weeks ago and I still need an occasional dose of my prescription medication. I have heard that otc meds such as aleve and ibuprofen can interfere with bone grafting, so I have been avoiding them. Surgeon said the otc's were okay to take at this point but I would rather wait until I

Mindfulness

More recently I have been looking at Mindfulness again but specifically for chronic pain as an old spinal fusion is getting very painful and I can't walk further than about 50 yards. This with PMR is not easy. My endocrinologist says I must expect to stay on prednisolone for the rest of my life.
