3rd failed IVF cycle - what can I do next? Devastated
We have unexplained fertility but we think I have mild PCOS and my husband has high dna fragmentation (which went away with shorter abstinence periods). We are currently with the lister clinic. Immune results are all ok although very slight elevation of cd3 We have had x2 fresh cycles each transferring

So many emotiona
I’m just lying here thinking about everything. The fact we had ICSI, the fact the embryo made it to day five and it was hatching, the fact my lining was so thick and I thought age would be on my side because I’m 25 and it STILL hasn’t worked I have no hope left

Failed first cycle - time to count my blessings...
So today my BFN was confirmed with a blood test at hospital. This was our first cycle, using ICSI (owing to my age, 39, and my husband having had testicular cancer and chemotherapy). We're both feeling devastated - despite being given a whopping 10% chance of it working, I'd secretly got my hopes up

Second Appointment- Felt like a waste of time and fuel!
So here’s my rant- me and the husband have been waiting for today- we thought we would come out feeling excited and nervous about starting our very first cycle next month. Well we were very wrong, in fact we came out and argued and hardly spoke all the way home. These are very testing times. When

Too much female DNA
Hi all, On EC I had 17 collected, 15 mature and injected (ICSI), 12 fertilised, 8 were abnormal due to too much female DNA, leaving 4. I ended up with 1 left on day 5 and had ET Friday so now I’m 2ww. My question is around the 8 that were abnormal, the hospital said this is very rare, normally 1 or

Hi ladies, I'm looking for advice and thoughts on our situation as I'm struggling to know what the right thing to do is and I'm petrified of a repeat of my last cycle. Here's a summary of what's happened to us: September 2018 - Cycle 1, 19 eggs collected, 10 mature, 3 made it to Day 5. November 2018

Egg collection today! Really happy!!
Hi everyone, We had our ec today and have had 25 eggs collected! The clinic has decided that ICSI is the best approach for all of them as we have been trying for so long without success. I don’t want to get ahead of myself as I know a lot can still go wrong so I’m trying to stay grounded. Can anyone

Questions for embryologist
Had EC on Friday from one decent looking follie. Unfortunately even with icsi this time, we didn't get fertilisation - embryologist said the cytoplasm looked grainy and after the icsi the egg started to implode on itself. We had 1 egg collected a year ago - just ivf - and that didn't fertilise either

Busererlin injection starting today - long protocol - first round with ICSI
I am due to start my injections for long protocol today. I have felt fine up until today and today I feel like giving up. We have experienced a lengthy investigation process and feel we have faced so many battles to get here and today I feel like I have had enough. Any one else due to start? I am 24

Fsh dilemma ...at my wits end. Need help badly. 😞
Hey everyone, I’ll try not make this too long. I’m 36 (for another 2 weeks 😏) low amh 4.86. High fsh last September of 17.2. Did cycle with icsi last sept (partner at time had dna frag 30%) 4 folicles, 2 eggs retrieved , only 1 good enough to fertilize , zero fertilization...end of story...absolutely

impatiently waiting!
My husband and I are still awaiting his fsh, testosterone, cystic fibrosis and chromosomal blood test results to find out what’s potentially causing his lack of sperm. Then we’re going to go through ICSI, but of course in the hope they’re able to detect some sperm once they’ve extracted directly from

2nd miscarriage, anyone in the same boat??
Hi ladies, please help. I'm currently waiting for my body to fully reject my 2nd embryo. 😔 I found out I was pregnant on my 2nd try at ICSI but it had come to light that baby measured 5.1mm at 7 week scan. I was told it should be 1cm. Today I had another scan and its 2.5mm, not good. I have decided

Hey everyone, first time posting on here. I’m just looking for other people to chat to in the same or similar position as me.
