Tips re self injecting
Hi ladies haven’t posted for a while but I’m back for my second round of Icsi next week and am due to try injections instead of pessaries this time round and looking for any tips on managing the injections as feeling a little nervous about stabbing my self for the first time tomorrow! Any helpful hints

Fresh Embryo Transfer - low quality Embryo
I’m on my first round of ICSI and I had my fresh transfer this morning, I had 9 eggs, 3 fertilised and 1 made it do day 5. The embryologist gave it a low grade but said that it was growing and had it been implanted later in the day she would have probably been able to give it a slightly higher grade.

Varicocele and dna fragmentation & dr ramsey
Hi I was just wondering if anyone has seen that their partners DNA fragmentation improved after having varicocele treatment? I have had 4 failed transfers and we have recently found out my partner has got 26% fragmentation he has a varicocele so we wondering if that's a factor and whether we should

Hi lovely people 👋 we just did our first stims injection for a private icsi cycle this morning and this afternoon I got my outpatient appointment in June for the NHS round 🤯 I'll be 40 in October so we didn't want to wait for possibly another 6 months to get to the top of the list hence we went private

Advice regarding supplements and implantation issues
Hello everyone, I am after some advice if you don't mind, please. This is a little bit about me. I am 35, my other half is 39. We have been TTC for 4 years and had 3 ISCI over past 2 years. Low sperm motility and poor respond to drugs are our issues. I have never been pregnant and never had positive

Anyone had rescue ICSI?
Hi all, I'm after some advice as I have reached the end of the road with my clinic. I'm due to have my fourth transfer next week and they were meant to call me with the transfer date today but haven't called (even though I've called to chase them). Am feeling so fed up as we've self-funded all our treatment

Hi, after my first ever ICSI I tested first thing this morning with FMU & a FRER & got a BFN😢 I’m really just looking for info on what may be next for me, I have one 5ab frostie & I’m entitled to 3 rounds with GRI. I’m just wondering what the process is like for FET and if anyone has any advice on

Natural IVF cycle (no stims)?
Anyone managed to get pregnant on a Natural Cycle (no stim injections, only trigger) Aim? collect 1 egg naturally produced each month to ICSI. (I’m 43 and only produce 1 or 2 eggs on full stims anyway.)

2 very different protocols from 2 different london clinics - pls help
Hi All, I had 2 consultations with probably the best london clinics and struggling to choose which one to go for as they have said 2 very different things. I have very low amh 5.1 (june 2020), afc 5-6, and poor responder to drugs. Clinic 1 - said to do a fresh transfer, and that freezing was not suitable

Success after 4 failed rounds of ICSI?
Hi guys, Just wondering if anyone can share a success story to renew my hope in this process? I'm 34, high AMH, some MFI, have done four rounds of ICSI in the past 16 months, transferred 10 embryos and no success. I'm feeling like it's never going to happen for us. Has anyone had a similar experience

UPDATE - Sensitive: large yolk sac, fetus small but has heartbeat
I’m 6+6 today following FET. I had my viability scan today and although there is a heartbeat, the fetus is measuring small at 4mm (6 days). Also the yolk sac is dilated at 5mm. Consultant not happy with this and has painted a very bleak picture. Has anyone else had similar but gone on to have successful

Positive thinking only 2 eggs
Started first cycle recently for ICSI. Responded to meds but only got 4 eggs (had to have collection without sedation but that’s another story) and could be my age as I am 43☹️! Clinic called yesterday and only 2 made it so far. Waiting to hear today if the 2 have developed further. Just so difficult

DNA FRAGMENTATION HELP
Hello, I posted here a few days ago and got some really useful advice on dna frag but I’ve since then got hold of a copy of our results and just wondered if anyone had any thoughts We are currently in the middle of icsi - we have had supposedly 5 top grade day 5 blastocysts but so far two have failed

Traditional IVF or ICSI?
I just did my first fresh IVF cycle with ICSI. Had 12 embryos retrieval, but ended with none for freezing and only one for embryo transfer, and a BFN. Have read some literature online that ICSI does not necessarily help, and am thinking of going to private to try one round of traditional instead. Has

Reproductive Endocrinologist recommendations in the UK?
Hi All, Can you recommend an RE that is good in the UK? Preferably South West but doesn't matter if not as can travel or be via video conference. I am currently referred to a normal endocrinologist but I'm not overly impressed and want to change consultants (private work medical insurance) to an actual
