Anyone managed to get pregnant on a Natural Cycle (no stim injections, only trigger) Aim? collect 1 egg naturally produced each month to ICSI. (I’m 43 and only produce 1 or 2 eggs on full stims anyway.)

Natural IVF cycle (no stims)?
Hi I'm sorry you didn't get anyone reply. Unfortunately I'm not able to help but am wondering the same thing. I've just gone for egg collection today and only got 2 eggs (i was expecting 4 😔) one mature and one immature. This is my second cycle, in my first cycle I got the same 2 eggs one mature and one immature. I'm also wondering if we have to do another cycle if this one doesn't work out, that if a natural cycle would work better. Did you ever find out? x
Hi,I just guessed that there aren’t may people doing totally natural cycles. I start off with 4-6 antral follicles but despite stims (fierce, mild etc) I usually only manage 1 max 2 eggs of dubious quality. Like you my second egg is usually discarded either because it was immature, didn’t fertilise or just not “workable”. Since I’ve been trying natural cycles the only egg usually fertilises with ICSI at day 2 looks really good, no fragmentation etc but we are yet to make it to day 3 for a transfer. I’ve had 2 natural cycles and I end up with the same situation - so I prefer to keep going on natural because at least my embryos are of ‘better’ quality at day 2 past collection and I’m not injecting all of those drugs. Keep thinking I’ll find my 1 golden egg. Hope is all I have left.
Yes! I did a natural cycle, no stim medications, nothing before the transfer. I tracked the day I ovulated, called my clinic and as the transfer of a 5day blastocyst 5 days later. I’m 7 weeks and 3 days now and taking 50mg progesterone suppository. That’s all! Also no awful symptoms either.
