PBC and skin hyperpigmentation
maybe someone can help me with this. I have positive ANA 1280. Positive AMA M2 120. Positive Anticentromere 160. These were discovered in 2014 when I started having symptoms which turned out to be Lupus. Since the M2 was positive I have been seeing a Liver specialist once a year with annual ultrasounds

Good morning everyone - following my last post when I was suffering a backslide from my previous post when I was feeling so much better - you recommended me to get a full private test - initially to get a T3 reading, but as I was unsure of my Folate /Vit D etc I went for the full Advanced Thyroid test

underactive thyroid
hi there I’ve had an under active thyroid for 8 years and recently gained weight and losing iron. My doctor has said my neck thyroid reading is ok but my “brain reading is slower” Does this make sense to anyone? Also, how do people take iron and vitamin d as I have read not to take it near medication

Update re: Total Confusion about Ferritin (Medichecks) Results!
As promised to Seaside Susie, and 6 months later, please see below response I've had from Medichecks. I'm just sad it didn't come in time for Seaside Susie to see that they had eventually listened to us! It is an improvement on the previous reference range for over 60yrs females but it raises more questions

I am new to this forum and have found it extremely helpful and hopeful. I’m a 70 year old woman and developed RLS a couple of years ago. My GP prescribed ropinirole and it has helped. However, having recently learned about augmentation, which I have now experienced, I’m committed to finding a better

I can’t put my finger on it.,
I’ve been reading some of your bios and you can pinpoint what started your journey down this path. I can not. I came from what I would call a “normal “ family. We had a dairy farm. My dad worked as an iron miner until they shut down in the early sixties. My mom stayed at home. There was never any problem
