Hi Mya , I'm so sorry to hear that your suffering.I'm in a similar situation, I'm 32, now engaged and would like to try start a family in the future.
I was told after having my scan and seeing the Gyny (which I ended up coming out crying as I just felt the man had no compassion whatsoever or understood the level of pain I was experiencing) that there was no point in having an MRI or to investigate further as this could cause further problems? So to basically try for a year and if no joy to come back to them.
I ended up having the marina put in because i couldn't bare the pain every month. It was very painful on the insert and for the first three months after having the marina I was in absolute agony!.. back and fourth to my GP they said that it could take a while to settle down so I hung on to hope.
Now a year on I don't bleed anymore, I still have mild pain and feel fatigued a lot and still need my hot botty but the bleeding has stopped which is amazing ! and with some iron tabs I'm back on track to feeling better so hopefully this may reassure you a little bit 😊
I'm worried for my future and that I'll have trouble conceiving but I guess you never know untill you try. Just praying that the endo won't be a barrier for me.
Best of luck, and do keep pushing for more treatment
Carly xx
