Ferritin is good.

Just keep an eye on triggers.👍💚

I hope that the combination of pregabalin and iron will continue to help you - good luck!

Your saturation is on the high side so don't take any iron tablets.

I've got a review on Tuesday to ask these questions, thankyou .What's the risk of too high please?

It means you have too much iron in your body. The iron can build up in your vital organs and injure them over time. Here is a source for saying not taking more iron sciencedirect.com/science/a...

Good catch. I'd previously seen warnings about TSAT over 50%, but seeing your reference I dug a bit further and found a warning in a paper about haemochromatosis:

"A TSAT higher than 45 percent should be investigated further"

(UPDATE: but probably temporarily raised by infusion)

True although luckily not in Baz33's case since it was a result of an iron infusion.

Indeed I was in the process of adding a note to that effect to mine when I spotted your Reply!

Interesting. When I raised my iron to 175 through supplementation with iron bisglycinate it didn’t make the RLS go away but like you it did seem to make it less violent or twitchy and I generally slept better.

I'm always going to suffer ,I've had it since I was 7, however now I'm not taking antidepressants and my iron is up and I'm taking the pregabalin there's a marked difference in my mood, energy levels and thankfully the depression has disappeared since I came off the gabapentin, I'm feeling much more balanced.
