suspected epidural tumour
Hi all! Hope you are all doing well. My dad just got his scans back, and to go along with his rising PSA (over 260 now), the said they suspect he has an epidural tumour. Our MO typically glazes past his scan results as she doesn’t seem them significant, I want to make sure I am right to be worried here

Blood sodium levels
Stage 3b My last labs over the past year have had a decrease in my blood sodium levels. Last test was 131. Nephrologist said I need to start eating more protein as that helps to keep sodium in your bloodstream instead of getting out in your body tissue. I don’t have any edema and take a diuretic. Not

What should I expect at the end?
My dad 77 year old had been battling castration resistant prostate cancer for many years. He was in remission for awhile (unsure exactly how long as he was secretive about the whole thing) however it made a huge comeback in January of 2022 and he has been through a short stint of chemo as well as

Post triple therapy options?
This past summer, I wrote because my husband's PSA numbers started doubling very quickly. (see quick recap below) By the time we got the PSMA PET scan a few weeks later, there were too many tumors in the bones to count. We jumped into triple therapy: Eligard, Nubeqa, and chemo. I didn't realise this could happen. ......
So after TBI I had a great recovery and after 5 months I went back to work on phased days back. Then 6 weeks later I go back full time. First week was ok and I seemed to enjoy it although some people were difficult to work with. The first 2 days of last week difficult a lot. Too difficult I ended up

Hi everyone,I've got a packet of B12 (I'm in Australia and it's the Neo brand) and I'm thinking of injecting it SC. The problem is it says 'for IM use only'. It's hydroxocobalamin chloride 1mg in 1mL and the other ingredients are sodium chloride, water and acetic acid. Does anyone know if this sort

Help! Stomach Bug & Holiday!
For over a week I have had some sort of stomach bug with awful pains in the lower stomach, causing loose stools, feeling chilled then hot, with a recurring headache. I contacted my doctor asking for urgent stool tests, as I am due to go on holiday to Spain next Monday, just in case it is a stomach bug
