Losartan and cough
My meds were changed from Candesartan to Losartan a couple of months ago after 3 years because of BP issues/low sodium. Since then I seem to have a constant throat rattle and wheeze and have to cough to clear it. Has anyone else had this on Losartan?

Starting Radium 223 (Xofigo) next week
Having just finished a trial of carboplatin + docetaxel, I'll be starting Xofigo next week as a bridge to a pembro+ trial early next year. My latest PSA is 940, with no visible soft tissue involvement. I have a single-strand CDK12 defect. Hoping that the suggestion of this paper is true for me: Efficacy

Gaining weight on Levo
Hey everyone, first time posting: First a little backstory: Diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2002 at age 25, put on Levothyroxine and settled on 75mg/6 days a week. Was on this dosage for the years following. In August 2017 my endo told me that my hypo is autoimmune based so I started googling and found

What’s worse. Bradycardia or AF?
These timings are rough so please bear with me. About 3 weeks ago I started Amiodarone. One week later I'm back in Sinus after almost nine months of being in persistent AF. I ended up in hospital twice as I felt really ill; fatigued, light headed, slightly sick etc. My heart rate was between 46 & 51bpm

Today, I read in a NKF article that cottage cheese is not a good choice (i always questioned my doctor b/c regular cottage cheese is a bit high in sodium, and is dairy, so I told

Ate too much sodium
Oops. I ate a sub that turned out to be higher in sodium that I thought. Went way over my limit. So question - what is best way to flush out all the sodium I ate and how long will it take?

Update on My Father's Cirrhosis - Seems Stable
Hello, As we found out about my father's Cirrhosis in February after we noticed his swollen stomach. His Ascites of 2.5ltr was drained in on Feb 23, 2019. It was followed by Endoscopy where grade 3 varices were diagnosed. He never had bleeding, but doctors recommended banding, so he had it done in

Sodium
Had bloods back today and my GFR has gone up by 1 it's now 21, it's not massive amounts but I'm taking it as a small victory. My Creatinine has gone down from 260 to 250 do again small victory. My sodium however has fallen to 26 had this happened to anyone else, if so what are the possible treatments
