Is Radium 223 used when there is lymph node involvement along with skeletal mets, but no visceral mets?

Thanks in advance.

It could be used but it will not treat the mets in the nodes.

However , Ra 223 could be combined with abiraterone or enzalutamide or even chemo, if bone agents such as denosumab or zoledronic acid are used. The combination will treat all mets.
