Not every breathing symptom is asthma!
Tentatively posting this because itās perhaps controversial on an asthma forum - but it is also really important. Has anyone else gone through the looking glass?
I had a dream last week. I will spare you the details but I was in some sort of natural disaster. Food was being provided at several different kitchens; so a combination of tsunami relief and a food court. In my dream I was in a desperate situation, but moving from vegan kitchen to sandwich counter,

Hi. This is a first time post. I've struggled to keep my asthma under control for 5 months, since my vaccine. I had a bad flare up 2 weeks ago. My doctor prescribed Prednisone 40mg for 5 days plus antibiotics. This didn't seem to help, and I returned to the surgery on Tuesday. Doctor said my chest is

Pancreas-friendly Recipes
For many patients, it is difficult to find recipes that comply with a low-fat diet and serve individual needs at the same time. Nutrition plays a key role in managing pancreatitis, and exchanging experiences can be very valuable to others. Do you know some pancreas-friendly recipes you want to share

How many of you are following a low carb diet and exactly what do you mean by going low carb? Is it safe for Diabetics on a long term basis?

Update on dosage/diet having seen Rheumatologist
Hi everyone, saw my rheumy again last night and told him I had increased back up to 12.5mg because of the pain when I dropped to 10mg. He agreed that it was the right thing to do but was very careful to point out that it takes 7-10 days for your body to adjust to the new dose and not to jump too quickly

Switch to MART fostair from seretide
Having been on seretide 250mg for a good few years, as well as added in spiriva respimat, fexofenadine, montelukast and nasal spray (recent change to dymista), have been switched onto fostair 100/6 MART. According to my plan, its 2 puffs twice daily, plus an extra 4 as and when. This change was made
