Relief from sciatica?
I had a large disc protrusion at L4/5 so had a discectomy and five days later had another as the
disc
slipped
again. It was also noted at the time that I had a mild disc protrusion at L5/S1.

Update from me 🤗
Well it’s now more than three months since I started the magnesium regime that is working for me and I can’t tell you how much better I feel. I’m sleeping, able to sit and watch tv in the evenings, not had to leave any restaurants or theatres! Haven’t been driven to bed but keeping it real I’ll be totally

Still can't walk
The outcome was I have 2
slipped
disc
s with the bottom disc pushing backwards on my spinal cord hence why I can't walk. I've now been told I don't have fibromyalgia which I always doubted as was diagnosed too quickly .

Cervical spondylotic myelopathy can surgery on your neck work miracles for your headache
Cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) can cause many recognised symptoms which are easy to associate as they allude to nerve-related problems: numb and clumsy fingers, trouble walking with loss of balance, pain in the neck and arms, and urinary and bowel dysfunction. However, what about the less well

I've had 3 Back Operations
I had a
slipped
disc
while pregnant. After a battle with physio acupuncture and lots of meds. They did a diskectomy. Twice! Finally years later an Allograft, taking bone from hip and jamming in disc space. I'm up and working and nobody can see I'm still in pain. Thanks to my meds.

Ticklish feeling
I have a possible
slipped

in that area and was wondering if it could be from a trapped nerve there? Whenever the feeling gets bad (more annoying really) my heart beats normally and the blood pressure is normal too (anxiety still makes me think it's my heart) but could it be that

B12 deficiency, Pernicious Anaemia and a Slipped Disc.
I also have a
slipped
disc
in my spine which is very painful and reduces me to hard exercises, which then causes me to have insomnia and not sleep very peacefully and in pain when I wake up, headache, groggy and just feeling like I haven't slept enough even after if I sleep a good 12 hours!

I have pain in most of my joints diagnosed as arthritis and DDD and osteoporosis, previous history of breast cancer and
slipped
disc
for which I had an emergency op, it's now bulging again causing impingement. I've just had hysterectomy due to double prolapse.
