Bad Back at 15
I keep coming back to the idea of having a
slipped
disc
in my back, I seem to show all the symptoms of it. My problem is that since My Mum think it's only growing pains, she won't take me to the doctor. If someone could help me out here, I'll answer any other question needed:)

That lasted for a while then another
slipped
disc
came along in 1994 which had to be removed in my pelvis so that was another 3 discs and on my first operation my nerve was pressured which left me with a dropped left foot which I have to this day.

Endometriosis pain and Raspberry Leaf Tea?
Hi all, I have suffered with Endometriosis for years, first got diagnosed in 2011 while having diagnostic Laparoscopy surgery. They found it present and pretty bad so removed what they could. It had caused my left ovary to sick down and also made my bowel and outer womb wall fuse together so they had

Dr who don't like pain drugs
Nice but NHS physio is useless as they barely touch you and completely missed the
slipped
disc
, even when pointing out I couldn't raise my right leg.

Running after injury
In a twist of fate also known as sod's law, I spent £100+ on the trainers and before they were out the box I
slipped
a
disc
. I've been out of action for 12 weeks now and have been seeing physios.

Help!
However the thoughts of numerous doctors have been interrupted nerve signals, inflamed nerves, something going on higher up in my back ( which they won't scan) or I did have a
slipped
disc
but it healed itself leaving behind nerve damage ( they were very slow in offering me any form of scan).

Stuck :-(
I've always worked to pay my way, even with a
slipped
disc
and after surgery. However it was last year when my conditions worsened that I had to finally say I'm too I'll to work. It killed me to admit that I'm I'll mentally and physically as I've always been so strong.

A great start to my holidays
Able to drive though uncomfortable as is everything else. feels like I have
slipped
a
disc
or have a prolapsed disc, none of which I have a clue of the meaning, so in light of this and that I have had the same before over the past twenty years, mostly taking the best part of a year to get somewhat better

Advice / suggestions please
As suspected I have a
slipped
disc
hitting the sciatic nerve. This is what is causing the pain. I ma on strong pain meds but got an appointment at a pain clinic next month. What should I say / ask? The results recommend an appointment with orthopaedic specialist.

Should I ?
Having complete week 6 , I then put my back out ( have
slipped
a
disc
in the past) was so annoyed I could not run week 7. I have been running 10 mins no stopping about twice a week for last couple of weeks to keep motivated and would you believe it helps with the back pain.

Dr refusing X-rays or scans
In my twenties I was diagnosed with
slipped
discs, sciatica and a well marked loss of
disc
spaces, slight scoliosis. For years I was constantly in out of hospital with excruciating pain in my lower back and down my left leg which I used to drag along due to severe nerve damage.

Hi, suffering from
slipped
disc
L4-L5 which causes burning pain down my right leg and foot. Had injection of cortisone two months ago. Unfortunately it didn't work but a course of Predinsolone did, worked well but when I stopped the pain came back.
