I keep getting this ticklish feeling in the middle of my chest a bit to my left. It's hard to explain it it's kind of like a shiver you get done your spin but it won't go away. I have a possible slipped disc in that area and was wondering if it could be from a trapped nerve there? Whenever the feeling gets bad (more annoying really) my heart beats normally and the blood pressure is normal too (anxiety still makes me think it's my heart) but could it be that slipped disc?
