Excellent sleep aid
Hi gang. You all know the trouble I’ve had sleeping recently. Well last night I added two new elements to my routine: CBD oil and this product from a Canadian? firm called Comfort Linen . The sheets etc are designed to work together and I must say I was very impressed with the freeing up of my movements

i have depression, suicidal ideation and I don't know what to do.
it took me two weeks to taper from lexapro to Cymbalta. I've now been on Cymbalta since 10.14.22 (2 weeks) at 60. I'm also on lithium. I have had very weird side effects. It was very hard for me to sleep. Sometimes 3 or 4 hours, sometimes up all night. We kept switching Cymbalta from day to night and

CLL & Mastectomy / Implants
I'm wondering if anyone here with CLL/SLL has undergone a breast reduction or mastectomy since diagnosis. If so, were you on treatment or WW at time of surgery? If you were on treatment, did you have to stop for surgery? How was your healing? If you had a mastectomy, did you get implants after

New primary Breast Cancer! Grade three lobular triple negative! Unrelated to my MBC. Time frame for surgery?
I was diagnosed with de novo MBC in November 2018 and no lump was found. So started on Ibrance and Letrozole as my first line of treatment. I recently felt a large lump in my breast appear almost overnight and mentioned it at my oncology appointment a few weeks later. I was then booked in for a biopsy

My Long RLS + PLMD Story (so far) Half of a Victory
I've dealt with RLS since I was a teenager. It grew increasingly worse as I aged. (I just turned 63). I also suspected that my legs were twitching and moving around a lot in my sleep. Eventually I learned there was a clinical name for that, too: PLMD (Periodic Limb Movement Disorder) that frequently,

Artane
I was on Artane [Trihexyphenidyl ] for stiffness and within 2 weeks of taking it I had severe hallucinations , I thought the doctor would of decreased my dosage , but she increased it. I really wish I did not do that. It was a mistake and it took some time to get over it.

RLS or something else?
Hi, I started vaping to replace a tobacco habit and got carried away with the vaping taking in far too much. Started off a light tingle in the arms initially for a few weeks but then spread to the legs where it is focused most. It happens when i am about to fall into a deep sleep. I can lie in bed

Third episode of persistent AF in 6 months
I had a successful cardioversion on Christmas eve and then another one just 4 weeks ago. Gutted because I went into persistent AF again yesterday. I take Edoxaban and have tried to take Flecainide but it makes me dizzy and very sick. I tried the "pill in pocket " yesterday but it did not work.

Pacemaker risky
I wonder if anyone else out there has had a double mastectomy? I qualify for a pacemaker (ef 38) but my Cardiologist thinks it’s a bit dodgy as I have no lymph glands under my arms now. The risk is infection. Since I haven’t seen my Cardiologist for 3 years because of Covid I suppose he can’t be too

Newbie, hi
I'm 60. I was diagnosed 1 month ago with RLS. I've had symptoms since I was about 13 years old. I'm taking Pregabalin and have just moved onto my clinical dose. I'm not enjoying the side effects but hope they will pass. My life has been one of dealing with excessive daytime sleepiness, mental health
