Effects of increasing Mirtazapine dose?
I started on 15mg mirtazapine for depressive symptoms (of complex ptsd) just over a week ago, and I've been so anxious, to the point where I'm almost constantly dissociated, and instead of 4-6 hours of restful sleep, I now get closer to 8 hours but I wake up anxious several times in the night. However

NADH Side Effects
I started taking NADH about a week ago. Instead of feeling better, I notice extreme fatigue, nausea and sleepiness but at the same time I have trouble sleeping. Has anyone else experienced these side effects?

Progynova no buserelin
Hi ladies, I’m due to have a FET next week (hopefully) and this cycle I am only having progynova (started on day 1 of period) with no buserelin. I feel like my ovaries are twinging a lot (especially the left one) and I’m worrying that my body is trying to ovulate! I have a scan on Thursday to check

Melatonin produced in the lungs prevents infection by novel coronavirus.
Melatonin synthesized in the lungs acts as a barrier against SARS-CoV-2, preventing expression of genes that encode proteins in cells such as resident macrophages in the nose and pulmonary alveoli, and epithelial cells lining the alveoli, all of which are entry points for the virus. 5w+3 and very little symptoms
Back in November I previously suffered a MMC at 4+6 after a frozen transfer, however today I’m 5+3, after transferring 2 embryos, but I have very few symptoms. I have had cramping, but that’s tailed off. I do have sore boobs, but is that down to the combination of progynova, cyclogest and lubion? I also

Duloxetine dosage
Right. This is a REALLY boring post, apologies! I was diagnosed with Fibro in early December. Because I have been on 75mg Venlafaxine for donkeys years I was just given 20mg Duloxetine. 2 weeks ago I had the V reduced to 37.5mg. Yesterday I stopped the V completely and started on 40mg D. My head feels

Heat Pads After Embryo Transfer
I am taking Prontogest intramuscular injections and have been applying a heat pad (basically a mini electric blanket) to my lower back and buttocks before and after injecting. I had my embryo transfer yesterday and have clearly done an awful job of avoiding Dr Google so far (!) but I panicked and thought

Do’s and Dont’s after FET?
Hey everyone, This is a really random post so I apologise in advance, but I’m looking for some reassurance and advice on what you can and can’t do during the TWW following an FET. My FET is scheduled for Tuesday! I usually walk about 15,000 steps a day, moderate pace. Can I still do that after the first

Nightmares REM Sleep Disorder
I’ve been having more frequent nightmares, REM Sleep Disorder episodes. My first experience of tumbling out of bed fighting an evil shadow! We are all on our own journey
I feel that Fibro is a term used by Dr’s and Consultants when they can’t pin down an exact cause for the pain that we all experience. They don’t fully understand it yet, although there are many research programmes that are ongoing all the time. Central nerve problems, virus, emotional, are all reasons

Buserelin
Hi, this is my first post. I was just wondering if anyone on buserelin has had no / very little aide effects. I had a 3 day period at the start of taking it (pretty much when due) and aside from getting hot during the night and the odd headache (more likely caffeine withdrawal) no other issues! Is this

7dp Slightly hatched FET
It’s me again, sorry. So yesterday I took an early test and got a faint positive, thought it might be too early to test but today I’ve had a slight bloody discharge and stronger cramps, mainly on my left side...... I was implanted last Thursday and OTD is saturday. Is this too late for an implantation
