Faecal Icontinence (Minor), IBS, Acute Gastritis, SIBO, Leaky Gut
Hi all, im new to the site.....im looking to connect to others who are affected by digestive related conditions. It's hard to speak to those who don't have the same as they dont feel what we go through, emotionally, physically, spiritually, financially and socially. I have a wonderful group of friends

Low T3 and poor circulation.
This coincides with me starting a
SIBO
diet, could this be the result of that? Has anyone experience anything like this?

Recently got
SIBO
(small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) & am on FODMAP Diet & took Xifaxin several times. The breath test showsed positive for
SIBO
originally. I'm doing better with digestion, but now have a small hemorrhoid which my Rectal surgeon has repeatedly injected, but it's still there.

UGI B4 SIBO test
My local hospital will not allow me a
SIBO
test but want a UGI and colonoscopy even though another GI consultant says neither is necessary, a
SIBO
test and calprotectin test is all that is needed and both available on the NHS. I am scared of the UGI as they offer throat spray only.

intestinal motility test
I am having an endoscope in two weeks just to rule out an ulcer, celiac disease,
SIBO
and whatever else that test does. My symptoms are only trapped gas, no C or D. Got this at 70 and he said it's possible at any age (from stress for me). I had two clean colonscopies. No blood in stool.

Possible sibo?
It was research at this point that led me to
sibo
. I realised that for the 1st 8 months of my good period I'd been on daily Trimethoprim (for interstitial cystitis) and that this is used to treat
sibo
(and later found
sibo
is closely linked with bladder issues).

Sibo
I had a positive
Sibo
result from a Hydrogen breath test. I am trying a diet & supplement protocol to combat this, but at the moment my IBS-C is worse than ever! If this fails I would like to try antibiotics.

Sibo symptoms
Hi I have been reading up on
Sibo
, I believe that symptoms vary for each individual. Just wondering if any one diagnosed with this condition do NOT have associated pain.

I dont know what to do anymore. Anxiety, Stress, Depression. Very Lightheaded 24/7
Every test I have done has come up flawless & I have had every test under the sun even a scope with all bacteria test done such as H.Plyori &
SIBO
. So now im thinking my stress, anxiety & over all depression has MADE up all these health problems I thought I had.

My Digestive Nightmare SOLVED! EDIT NEW INFO!
After several diet changes and feeling like all hope was lost, I was given antibiotics to treat a condition called
SIBO
. I was not given the test due to out of pocket cost and scheduling issues.
