Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth

Hi everyone. I've been told I've got sibo. Is there anybody else who has this and if so what has helped to treat it - in terms of diet and supplements.

I have SIBO which has come back after a year so another round of antibiotics to try and kill it off. I just try to stick to a nutritious food plan loosely based on FODMAP for my IBS.

What antibiotics do you take?

Well, that is a story!!! Last year I took two, one of which was flagyl which I cannot tolerate, so my gastro professor is trying a couple that we cannot find at any pharmacy at the moment as they are of an older generation.
