Hello and reply to Charisma
So it remains I had my NHS letter because of the pred and also because of
severe
asthma
even though that is under control. I haven’t hit 50 yet and rather feel like even though I have a new life it sure isn’t going to be one that is rosy.

Any advice for asthmatics?
I’ve just completed W3R3. I have asthma and have found that, even though I use my inhaler a lot of times before I run, during the walk, I still get asthma when I run and find I need to use the walking intervals to use my inhaler again. By the time I get to the end of the whole session, I find my lungs

Natural Asthma Remedies
Hey, I've just started running the Ct5K and completed my second run 🙌 But I'm having a bad flare up with asthma right now, I've not been well and the pollen and running is sending it west. It has been so bad when running I actually had an attack after my first run, because even though my chest hurts

Vocal cord dysfunction?
Currently in hospital, admission number 5 of 2020 (not including the 3 visits to a and e that didn’t need admission) Just been seen by a consultant and he thinks all these admissions could possibly be related to a condition called Vocal Cord Dysfunction rather than

When infected to what degree is the level of infection the key factor in survival compared to the level of asthma?
So we know the level of infection varies greatly, with some healthy younger people dying from a big hit and some vulnerable people hardly suffering due to a very small level of infection, but as an asthmatic I'd be grateful for any guidance re how much the level of asthma is a factor compared to the

Asthma and Coronovirus
I really want some advice how to cope with this and how
severe
would my
asthma
be if I get Coronovirus, because I think I will get it from one of my family members. I can’t really find anybody who would feel the pain that I’m feeling.

Behcets and fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue symptoms?
Using my inhaler ( I have
asthma
) brings on
severe
coughing with sputum that takes an hour to hack up, but only 1-2 hours after inhaler usage. These are not just asthma symptoms, but seem to correlate directly to the disease and fibro/cf activity.

The days pondering
Been speaking to someone and she said to me.... "I'm a really bad asthmatic, I have a blue and a brown".... "what do you take?" I was thinking WOW.... I wish I was only in blue and brown that would be an improvement I think the NHS or whatever medical authority in all countries should be teaching

Asthma
and
severe
hayfever have really slowed me down the past few weeks. But that was ok, have been making slow and steady progress despite the insane pollen count and have been doing my best to have walks and do yoga to keep my strength up, and still managing at least two runs a week.

12 weeks isolation or not?
