First Lap & Mirena insertion next week
Hey guys... I finally had the call from the hospital to book in my laparoscopy to excise my endo (picked up on MRI scan) which is on Thursday - I have been waiting for what feels like forever while my symptoms worsen so this is amazing news for me 🥳 They are also going to be placing the Mirena coil

Progesterone on natural conception?
So I had 1 previous loss and I have seen in several researches, posts by other mom's and also seen on Tommy's that it helps if in next conception progesterone is taken. My relative gynac also suggested me to do the same. However my doctor says there is no need to test progesterone or taking it.Do I administer

Another BFN with a top grade blastocyst …
Our first transfer ended in a BFN, second in a MMC and third in another BFN. The eggs were all AA and lining described as perfect each time. I feel like we threw everything at this cycle - probiotics, extra progesterone, Intralipids, steroids, clexane too. Feeling totally deflated and wondering if it

I'm a 72 year old female with Addison Disease. I have osteoporosis and going next week for 1st evenity shot. Any suggestions to do to get ready for the shots? Did drinking water and taking Tylenol before shots help? Thanks, very nervous about staring these .

10dp5dt 2ww and light spotting ..help!
Hi everyone, I’m 10dp5dt and I’ve noticed some light pink/light brown spotting when I wipe and I’m experiencing bearable light cramping. It feels like my period is trying to come through and was due yesterday. I feel like I’m out and have been holding out until OTD Friday. Has this happened to anyone

Itching with blood thinners (Apixaban and Edoxapan)
Had to change from Apixaban to Edoxapan due to severe reaction of itching all over the body, it was really bad. The Edoxapan is much better, but still get the occasional real itches on back and legs . but they gave me E45 anti itch cream that REALLY works well and often stops after a few minutes after

IVF PGT pregnancy - high HCG at screening (low risk)
Hi everyone. I am currently 15 weeks pregnant with my first baby. It is an IVF pregnancy and it’s a PGT normal embryo that we transferred. Despite having a normal embryo we opted for combined screening. My results have come back low risk for my age - 1:260 and I’m aged 40. My NT was 1.9mm (mom = 1

Stopping HRT for tinnitus
I’m just interested if anyone on HRT has stopped it (gel and progesterone tablets) and found their tinnitus decreased. My doctor has suggested coming off it to see if it will reduce the tinnitus.

High HCG at screening - IVF pregnancy
Hi everyone. I am currently 15 weeks pregnant with my first baby. It is an IVF pregnancy and it’s a PGT normal embryo that we transferred. Meaning it was testing and deemed to have the correct number of chromosomes before being transferred. The false negative chance of this is low at around 1-2%.

Update - 2nd Transfer
hi girls! I haven’t written here for a while as I switched myself off from IVF for a bit - we all know how it can take over our entire life! I wanted a mental break and tbh after my first failed transfer, I just got to a mental state where I was so down I had to snap out of it eventually and just “not

cancelled cycle question
I was having a natural FET this month. Everything was going ahead on CD11, lining and everything was perfect. Then CD16 I called to ask how late I could ovulate to still have the cycle, they got me in for a scan. They said that the follicle had shrunk and my lining had gone down slightly so they cancelled

How many donor egg transfers before success?
I’ve been trying for a sibling for over a year now and made the move to double donor this year. I’m now having my second chemical from two good quality donor embryos, from egg donors in their early 20s. I’m feeling very disheartened and just wondering if anyone has success after more than two transfers

My hormones have been leveled out now for 1.5 years since I got my depo provera sorted. IVF - when does progesterone usually start?
Hello everyone Just starting our second cycle and it’s amazing how much I forget from the first 🤯 Just got our protocol emailed from Greece to start tomorrow and flying to Athens on Tuesday. No mention of progesterone yet although I have been prescribed it, does this start just before transfer.

I was wondering if anyone could provide some insight on FSH and LH. I am extremely worried and upset and would be grateful for any help.
