I'm a 72 year old female with Addison Disease. I have osteoporosis and going next week for 1st evenity shot. Any suggestions to do to get ready for the shots? Did drinking water and taking Tylenol before shots help? Thanks, very nervous about staring these .

If it helps, I had no problems or side affects with evenity & didn't do anything special to prepare. I have one set of shots left for the year.
