I’m 10dp5dt and I’ve noticed some light pink/light brown spotting when I wipe and I’m experiencing bearable light cramping. It feels like my period is trying to come through and was due yesterday. I feel like I’m out and have been holding out until OTD Friday. Has this happened to anyone and still ended up with with a positive?
I wouldn’t have minded a sign like this last week when I assume implantation would have been but think it’s too late for that now.
I’d appreciate your replies, I guess I’m still hoping for the best and will continue taking my progesterone and meds 😔

My personal experience was some mild cramping but no spoting. However I think many on here had spotting and everything was OK apparently it is normal. The difficulty is the early signs of pregnancy and period are very similar. Don't count yourself out just yet. I know 2WW is excruciating but wishing you all the best for your OTD ✨💜

Hi Ree.oh dear, try not to worry. It could just be some irritation from pessary use. You could switch to using your back passage for a rest. Keep up with any prescribed medication and test on the day recommended by your clinic. Drink plenty of water and ensure you pass lots of clear urine, in case you could have a bit of an infection brewing. Good luck. Diane
Hi Diane, thank you for your message, I’m trying not to worry and to keep my faith. I never had cramping this noticeable or spotting on my last round which was negative. I’m hoping the change with these symptoms work in my favour. The spotting has calmed down a little so I’m hoping there is no flow and I can reach my OTD without testing early.
Hi I had spotting and cramping and just felt that my period was about to come from 7 day after emebryo transfer and went all the way up to 12 weeks. The outcome is 19 weeks pregnant.

I’m still experiencing the on and off cramping and I’d never have this all day with my normal pms symptoms. I don’t know what to think anymore I’m holding on until Friday so I can be put out this misery of not knowing 🤞
I know exactly how you feel 10 days waiting till I could officially test myself we're dreading. I was so confused on one hand I knew I shouldnt get my period since I was on progesterone but on the other hand the symptoms of cramping spotting were so strong. Fingers crossed everything will work out for you the best way.
Don’t give up hope! On my last positive test I had such bad cramps and some light spotting and was certain my period was going to start. So certain that I remember crying as I was walking home in the belief I was out. Turns out I wasn’t! I did end up miscarrying in the end many weeks later but that was unrelated.

I'm so sorry you're feeling anxious right now. Spotting and light cramping can be really confusing because they can be symptoms of so many things, including early pregnancy. It’s also worth noting that some women experience spotting and cramping and still go on to have successful pregnancies. The timing can vary for everyone, and it’s not uncommon for implantation bleeding or other related spotting to occur later than expected.
You’re not out until you’re out, so try to hold on to some hope until your official test day. Easier said than done, I know, but many people have experienced similar symptoms and still gotten a positive result.

Honestly it is so confusing I don’t know If im coming or going. Everytime I use the loo I’m anxious if the spotting is going to turn in to a flow 😩. I assumed taking progesterone you wouldn’t see a period until you stop taking the pessaries as this is what it was like for me 1st round. But now I know you CAN get your period whilst on it it has made me concerned. I’m hanging in there until tomorrow. Thanks for your well wishes I really appreciate it xx
