update- fluid in womb
I had a scan today to check my lining was thick enough (it wasn’t last week). It’s now 8.6mm which I’m very pleased about. However she did find fluid in there. I’m scheduled my transfer on Tuesday 27th unless on Monday at my next scan the fluid hasn’t shifted. If the fluid is still present the whole

Hello everyone I've had six embryos transferred over the last couple of years and i've basically come to the point where I can't afford to keep financing more proper egg collection type cycles. However, I have some sperm left from my first born son's daddy which I don't want to waste and I could afford

Failed modified natural FET - wrong protocol?
Hi there, I would appreciate experiences from those who did a modified natural FET. My doctor, for whatever reason, asked me to trigger one day then start progesterone 2 hours later, and the transfer was 5 days after trigger. I found that bizarre because the nurses had originally told me that progesterone

three days past transfer. How should I feel????
Hey, hope you are ok and looking forward to the weekend. I had my fresh transfer on Wednesday. That afternoon and the day after transfer. I was feeling so tired, heavy legs, sore abdomen area. Headaches on and off, and ravenously hungry! 3 days past transfer (now Friday) I woke up with loads of energy

Progesterone Pessaries
I've been told I can stop the pessaries now that I've had a negative test. Any idea when I'm likely to bleed? Silly question but is this just my period being delayed? Then after this my next period will come as normal? My cycles were like clockwork so I'm wondering how messed up they might be now.

Hello everyone. Firstly I want to say a big thanks to everyone that helped me understand my mum's results and situation. I also got my wires crossed and gave some wrong info. My mum did have a test before they prescribed 25mg, TSH 8.58. They said as she was 'borderline' they would try levo before considering

Progesterone post medicated FET
I'd like to ask all the ladies who conceived after a HRT/medicated FET, how much progesterone pessaries were you on? I'm on 4 x 200mg vaginal capsules so 800mg/day. Wonder if anyone is/was on a lower dosage. Just thinking about reducing to 3 x /day (600mg) having seen the patients' leaflet for Utrogestan

Evenity side effects
I would like to hear from people that have been on this drug. Do you have to take it at the exact same time every month? What happens if you’re traveling. Also, what are the side effects? One thing I read that made me very nervous. Was the black box. Warning of heart, attack or stroke. And the side

FET … and need advice please help!
I’m looking for further guidance, does anyone know how long you take meds for in preparation for a FET? I have all the meds required for stimulation prior to egg retrieval… But, my clinic hasn’t informed me how long I’ll be taking medication after that to prepare my FET. Would I be required

Feeling so deflated
Sorry to complain but am just feeling so lost with all this TTC stuff. Been trying now for 5 years and just recovering from my 2nd missed miscarriage (just a sac, no yolk sac or embryo seen). My previous missed miscarriage was the same, didn't get past 5/6 weeks with nothing in the sac. I've also had

Is this thyroid?
hi there, I have been struggling with what I thought was Peri menopause/menopause symptoms for a while (dizzy spells, headaches, brain fog, dry eyes, fatigue etc) Last year these symptoms got progressively worse with pain under left arm in lymph node and weakness to the point I felt like collapsing

Night sweats returned 15dp5dt
Hi guysI've finally got my first BFP. Donor egg round. I had really bad night sweats when I first started progesterone but that settled weeks ago but now they are back past 2 nights. My uterus also felt swollen (like I was about to orgasm) up until 2 days ago and that's been going away sorry if that

2nd FET protocol for 4th embryo transfer
Hi all, I’m looking for some advice on FET protocols. I’ve had 2 fresh rounds of IVF treatment and one frozen. The first cycle of IVF resulted in two embryos. We transferred one embryo, which resulted in a BFN. For our frozen round we also got a BFN. For our next fresh round our consultant suggested

Confused about AMH and letrozole/trigger and IVF
Hi, I have a history of early miscarriages. Under recurrent miscarriage clinic, I am told to take progesterone and aspirin from positive results, and clexane from 6 week scan. I've not had any medicine under previous pregnancies that led to miscarriages. I also have very low AMH. Experts have said usually

Fisft FET - BFN 😭 Need some next steps advice as will be switching the clinic
I just completed my first FET with a 4BB embryo. Unfortunately it resulted in BFN 😭💔 Our NHS-funded round is now over: we only managed to produce 2 blastocysts out of 10 eggs collected. Fresh transfer resulted in chemical 😢, and now failed FET. We will be switching the clinic for a private treatment

Advice for managing adenomyosis
Hello fellow IVF warriors 💗 I wondered if anyone can give me some advice on how to manage adenomyosis whilst going through IVF? A bit of background on me: I started the IVF process in May 2022 after a year and half of trying naturally for our second child, who would be a sibling to our baby

Coming off progesterone after an unsuccessful FET- any side effects
Hi, it's been about 11 days since I've come off progesterone (cyclogest , lubion) and something else I can't quite remember now, I think estrogen tablets after an unsuccessful embryo transfer. I've been getting headaches since then, feeling dehydrated and today I have significant stomach discomfort.

Less eggs than hoped for but Fresh Transfer planned. (5 days) Any tips to prepare? ICSI
Hey Everyone, Second ICI cycle. I had my egg collection today - 4 eggs collected which is better than 3 first time but i'm also a little bit disappointed as I was hoping for 5/6. Still, we move. All we can do is push on! It’s a strange feeling. I am very cautious, and really don’t want to get
