Hello everyone

I've had six embryos transferred over the last couple of years and i've basically come to the point where I can't afford to keep financing more proper egg collection type cycles. However, I have some sperm left from my first born son's daddy which I don't want to waste and I could afford to pay for IUI cycles as I go along much more easily.

The history of why my embryo transfers didn't work up to now is they have only just discovered I had an auto immune/high NK cells issue! so I wasted all the embryos/good eggs etc and now i've run out of funds!!

I just wondered did any of you have success with IUI at this age? I can have the intralipids with an IUI which would still be affordable.

The other thing is, the drugs are just unbearable for me now on a stimulation cycle and the progesterone makes me extremely depressed - i'm almost done with it all! and I don't think the drugs are helping my egg quality or the auto immune issue or implantation - every time i'm at this phase I feel like screaming with the stress/hormones - and you need to be calm for implantation to happen I think... The consultant wants to 'ramp up' my drugs on any future cycles but I don't look forward to any more like this!!
