Dry peeling Testicle & Scrotal Eczema?

Hi all,

Sorry English is not my native ๐Ÿ™

I've been dealing with dry skin on my testicle peel, regrow, peel, regrow on repeat ๐Ÿ˜’ its rough and not sure if this causes the chafing in my groin - see the below picture

I saw another post saying Fucidin helps, it did but it came back again around day 10.

Please help ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™
