Are laxatives really so bad?
So fed up! I seemed to have cracked it with ibs c a couple of months ago. I thought peppermint oil capsules were a god send and i have been normal in that time till the last 2 weeks where i have slowed down with 'going' again and bloated up badly. It seems something works for a bit then stops. Don't

Odd cold sensation on face
Hi everyone, I'm diagnosed hashi's and on 75mcg of Levo. Taking b12, vit D3, magnesium, selenium, cod liver oil and turmeric, am gluten free. Generally feeling much better since taking the above steps advised by others here. My question is, does anyone else with hashi's get the occasional cold spot

My theory on B1
I have read for the last 6 months people’s experiences on B1. Some people have huge improvements and need large amounts. It seems more and more people are dropping back to much lower levels. I wonder whether it is because the first group of people who were treated by Dr Constantini were local Italian

Good news stories: Are you doing okay and want to share that?
Hi all Love that there is so much help in here to get through tough stuff. Also really keen to hear the good news. From people who have had an MPN and going well, with whatever treatment they are on. Feel free to share! My good news is that I'm visiting Australia (where I come from) and getting through

Vitamin D supplementation
I have been taking a 25mcg tablet of this for the past couple of years, have also been taking two high strength fish oil capsules per day in the hope that these would help my idiopathic neuropathy. I stupidly didn't realize that fish oil capsules also contain vitamin D and so I am a bit concerned that

Not keen on aspirin? Here's what Nutritional Therapist with a PhD in oncology is offering me...
Hi all I have a history of gastritis, so I'm not keen on what pubmed and other places say about lifetime aspirin. Here's what my Nutritional Therapist (with a PhD in Oncology) says (for me at least). Be aware this is as part of an entire approach to natural health, not just popping a pill, and everyone's
