I use Vit D, good quality fish oil, magnesium, good multi- vitamin and mineral combo.

And drink lots of water🤗

Is K2 in there for the absorption of Calcium I think. I take it anyway and possibly more Magnesium than is in a multi vitamin. I also eat a good diet and have actually cut down on supplements. Too much to remember and probably superfluous.

You need calcium and vit D. Other wise little is likely to make much difference except maybe magnesium if you have muscle cramps. PMR is not a disorder that damages joints so collagen and glucosamine are probably not likely to make much difference.

A good and varied diet is more use - the body uses naturally occurring vitamins better than ones in pills.
