At one point we believed we were dying, had a serious illness, going crazy, etc. These thoughts ARE scary. They would be to anybody... but other people let

Hi I am 12 months diagnosed with hypothyroid and finally near getting my levels sorted, however I think I may have a bit of a conversion issue, as my thyroid hormones are out of balance with a TSH that low and FT4 that high I would have expected a much higher FT3 too. I have just had a thyroid and

Good Luck!
Good luck to us all! And may we swiftly find our own unique ways forward through these dark woods called autoimmune diseases into the sunlight of remission or at least low disease activity. For some special diets and eliminating certain foods seems to work, for some this isn't an option because pre-disease

Help me! I don't know what to do!
Sorry, but this is going to be extremely long and all over the place. I find that venting and writing out what I'm going through in my current situation is helpful, so please bear with me. I've suffered from anxiety and depression ever since I can remember (I'm almost 20 now). On Sunday, my boyfriend

I'm new. Need help interpreting results.
Back in the beginning of February I experienced some intense Post-exertional Malaise and things have gone down hill with my energy levels from that point. I've not been diagnosed with anything at the moment- with repeated visits to various doctors telling me I don't have any problems. However, I know

Exercise and TSH - new blood results !
Well I have finally had my NHS results back and was asked to post them to see what effect if any had been achieved. I will start off by saying that apart from having a stinky head cold which stopped me going to the gym since the 20th I continue to feel better than I have since pre diagnosis last April

Getting closer to being well
Good morning. Since Decemeber when i had my first tests on armour a lot has happened. I felt wonderful and then started having slight hyper symptoms about 6 wks in. T4/T3 levels good but .04 TSH after 8 wks. I didn't notice until after the fact of the ENDO pulling me off Armour 1 grain (60 mg),
