I have had constipation my whole life and i am 40 now. I recently meet a specialist who suggested that I have IBS after running some test. He adviced me to drink plenty of water and use Movicol and Siblin(an atificial fiber). I now drink more that 3 litters of water everyday and my bowle movement is

Week 9 Run 2 (W9R2)
I ran W9R2 just after sunrise this morning, sure a variant of the undulating coastal route I used for W9R1 would be engaging, challenging and that the change would exercise me well without being too much. My pre-run brisk walk ended. There had been rain overnight prior to my run so it was still wet

Blockage or reoccurrence worry
Afternoon you lovely lot. Hope everyone is keeping well. Been a while since I’ve posted about Mum, mainly as she has been doing so fantastic. Bit of a worry today though, she’s been having ‘wind type’ pain on and off for a week or 2, she had it quite bad in the night last night and she was also sick
