Finally got an appointment date

wanted to come on here with some updates. Got my first appointment with the GI doctor 2 weeks from now on October 7th. Some of my symptoms have gotten better. I was able to pass a normal stool with the help of mineral oil. Im still having problems with pressure that comes and goes like I have to pass gas and I did have some mucus with my last bowel movement. Im getting abdominal pain mostly at night but im going to be trying some of remedies that were suggested. I hope over the next 2 weeks I improve some so my anxiety lessens.

I'm doing much better. I had my colonoscopy about 2 weeks ago and everything looked good other then have internal hemorrhoids. I was diagnosed with IBS-C and put on linzess. The support that I got on here was amazing. I'm so thankful to everyone. Thank you for checking in. Hope all is well with you.

that’s great news I hope the linzess works for you! Just remember it takes time to regulate. For me it worked too well, or not enough lol. Thanks for asking I’m doing much better now! I still have lots of bloating and gas but the pain is much better! Keep in touch!
