I know what you mean penny,I`ve had a friend here and she said youu sit there I`ll cook dinner.But you can`t help but be up and down.

In my bed now having a catch up,then what sleep the sandman allows me.

Awww Penny I know that feeling too. *Hugs* to you.

I myself have been in bed all weekend with lower back, hip & leg pain. I've also had an awfull tingling sensation in my legs & hip too.

I'm the one who had the problem with Locum Doc refusing me pain relief. Thank God I have finally recieved an appointment with the Pain Clinic on Wed morning. So I am kknd of glad that I am so bad at the moment. Hopefully they will offer me the right pain relief s I dont feel that Tramadol & paracetamol are helping.
