Yes I had it a year ago.

went from 75% dry to 98.5% dry.

game changer for sure. I wear a very small pad and once in a while out of no where I feel a drop or two come down. But extremely pleased

Recovery a bit difficult since I could not exercise for 6 weeks post op and the tubes in the scrotum hurt once in a while

Thanks I’m 78 had RP 6 years ago very active (8 hrs/wk) weight machines, power vinyasa yoga, and jack hammering holes into desert concrete-like earth to xeriscape on off days. Was doing well with 1-2/pads/day until about 6 months ago when went up sharply 3-5/day with same activities. Getting very wet, of course especially when active - which I usually am. Had lessened kegels over past year or so. So my 5th urologist’s PA said to resume kegels and in 4 months return to consider PROACT, which I asked about as AUS & Sling seemed to present more problems than worth.

Didn’t know about 6 weeks of sedentary - a real drag to me. Were you still able to power walk? Do you still suffer scrotum discomfort, did you/do you still have to have balloons adjusted, any additional effects upon ED?

Appreciated

PROACT is an incontinence surgery following RadicalP if leakage is problem as alternative to Sling or AUS. Less invasive, quicker recovery, cheaper and easily adjusted as necessary. Google it!
