My journey with PCa
My journey started with yearly PSA test. 4.3 to 3.9 up to 4.5 at the end of 2019. At that point my urologist thought he felt something so did 6 biopsies. 3 of the biopsies contained cancer ( Gleason 7 4+3). I elected to have robotic radical prostatectomy at the end of March 2020. My prostate, semilvascial

Back in ER for second time in two months
So long story short I passed out at the beginning of May, they coughed it up to vasovagal syncope episode. Since then I get what I thought were panic attacks every time I leave the house or under high stress where I feel like I’m going to pass out. I tried Zoloft and couldn’t get passed the suicidal

Recovery time for robotic excision of DIE and hysterectomy?
Hi there, I am reasonably new although I have been lurking a bit and I am also fairly seasoned on other forums. Although it was suspected for a while that I might have Endo as I have Adenomyosis (also previously bad dose of Fibroids) it was only just diagnosed last month. I am scheduled to have robotic

I've lost all hope.
I am so fed up and at the end of my rope. I have been trying to get treatment for over five years now. There have been several GPs (due to the first one leaving the practice and Covid necessitating using who you are given). There have been several gynaecologists and scans. I get told one thing and

Hysterectomies??
Hi all I’ve suffered with endometriosis now for over 10 years now and quite frankly I’m just sick of it. Exhausted. Drained and I’be just had enough. It’s stage 4, and very active. The more laparoscopies they do, the worse it seems to get. Now I know a lot of people feel the same, of course they do

7 weeks post op - still in pain?
7 weeks post diagnostic laparoscopy with excision of Endometriosis. I haven't really taken note of if the pain has gotten better or worse as it's still early days. Today I am in so much pain in my lower belly, almost as if I'm about to start bleeding but I'm not due for another week. I don't take any

Missed Miscarriage but 8 week and 10 week scan showed no concern
Just a bit of background, I have PCOS that's managed through a restrictive diet and stage 4 endo but I've had a laparoscopy 18 months ago and a hysterectomy 6 months ago. We had 4 embryos in total. We had one fresh transfer that failed to implant, a frozen embryo transferthat also failed to implant.

HRT BEEN REDUCED
I have been on HRT Estraderm MX 75mg patches after a Hysterectomy 20 years ago. I am 63 and have recently been told by my GP that the patches have to be reduced to 50 mg and maybe lower again in a few months? I cannot find any reason at all why I cannot stay on the 75 mg patches? I have Dystonia and

Hysterectomy for Adenomyosis
Hi I’ve finally received a call from the hospital to say my hysterectomy will be going ahead in 3 weeks time. I feel so relieved but also starting to panic as I still haven’t decided if I should have my ovaries removed or keep them. My consultant recommends I remove them but I really don’t want to
