Hi Kemali,
Like yourself I have just had a full hysterectomy but still have stents in as I had Endometriosis and it had grown up along to my kidneys on the right side.
I wish I could tell you a magic trick to help us but all ican do 8s offer you support.
With me if I'm up and about for too long I get really bad aches in my pelvis, lower back and just feel as if I have been on one of those SAS assault courses and my stomach (insides) are super tender and sensitive to movement.
I wish you all the best in your recovery x
I had my surgery in April 2019. For months after if I did too much, I'd get a shooting pain in my side, the doctor said that was normal, there is a lot of healing that goes on inside and it just takes some time to properly heal. Take it easy and you'll get there.
