Hi all, I'm interested in how people have found endo and menopause?
I'm 48 with severe Stage 4/5 endo with bowel and right ovary/fallopian tube impaction but only ever had one diagnostic lap - considering surgery....for possible hysterectomy etc
BUT
Have found the last 6-9 months much of my regular monthly pain has diminshed quite a bit (I have rather annoying brown spotting through most of the month though).
Has anyone else found it's getting better? (can't say the same for mood swings or but pain has reduced by 70%.) My surgeon said he's found Covid (working from home etc) has helped many of his patients' pain....
On another point, I wonder if we have an excess of oestrogen as endo sufferers, does that mean the menopause could be less agressive than for some others? Ie we have more to start with so does that mean we have less impact?
Anyway, sorry for long post
