🌱 Delicious Brunch 🌱
Hi everyone, This morning I had some extra time so made myself brunch with some sourdough I found in the supermarket which was vegan. I fancied black beans (turtle beans) so had them with fresh garlic on the toasted sourdough with mushrooms and some delicious tomatoes I picked this morning. [u]Black

Fizzing Joints
Good Morning. It's a change of weather here in the UK. I have Hashimotos and seem to be getting a flare up in my joints and lots of horrible " fizzing" in my arms and legs, plus the joints in my hands and wrists ( and now feet ) are aching much more than in the summer. Rather like someone has stuck

B12 absorption issues stemming from poor sleep quality and deficiencies with Vitamin D and other b vitamins.
Wondering how many of us who tested positive for pernicious anemia also tested low for vitamin D as well as all the other B vitamins. I found articles and youtube videos for a dr stasha gominak who claims raising these vitamins to normal levels may even solve b12 absorption problems and even has a protocol

Vit D’s role in sleep, the gut & B vitamins
As someone who had tested low for Vit D, B12, and slept through the day because a nights sleep was not enough, I thought I would share a video that may be of interest to some here with low Vit D, B12, sleep (and possibly some experiencing pains). https://youtu.be/74F22bjBmqE Dr Stasha Gominak is a

Best treatments for metastaic prostate cancer? (Non-hormone resistant)
I have seen various studies that show that xtandi in combination with docetaxol may work better than either of them alone. My grandfather will be undrgoing docetaxol treatment after many years of lupron and radiation. It now has metastisized to bone in lumbar region. There is also some swollen lymph

B6 injections anyone
Hi I currently take B12 and B1 injections, my Naturopath Dr says I am not absorbing B vitamins well. I'm wondering if I could be B6 deficient also. Does anyone inject B6 and what benefits have you seen.

AMS 800 Urinary Sphincter
My radical prostatectomy was in March 2017; in August 2018 I had an AMS 800 urinary sphincter implanted. When I recovered from the implantation I was left with a tiny sore spot on the surface of my scrotum. All three of my urologists are mystified, since the sore spot isn't where the work was done. Has

Stem cell treatment for incontinence?
Has anyone had any experience with this treatment following radical prostatectomy and radiation? There are seemingly legitimate clinics claiming that injecting stem cells into a damaged sphincter can help to rejuvenate it and improve the degree of (or achieve) continence, but the few papers I've found

Psa 0.4 ?
Hey there, My dad has had a much needed 5 week holiday in the sun post diagnosis and treatment. We’ve all had a break from this crappy disease consuming us daily. Now it’s back to reality though. Dads first psa reading post radiation for a bone met and two months on Zoladex was 0.4 (down from 1.4).

Anyone tried Inofolic?
My clinic suggested these... Although I have regular periods, don't have pcos, naturally high amh with no underlying concerns, they recommended I take these to help improve egg quality. I'm 38 btw. Anyone tried these or had any success? The website seems good and theyre also available in some pharmacies

Progress and a bit of fun
I wrote a silly ditty for someone on her quite a while back. Am posting it here now so I can delete from my iPad as iCloud alarmingly getting full and I don't want to pay 70pence - I know - I am that old miser. I am currently on 6 and 5.5 alternate. Slight delay to latest reduction as I fell hard on
