Has anyone heard of Nerve Renew which comes from America? I believe it is a variety of various vitamin B vitamins. I’m desperate I will try anything for nerve pain.

that is interesting. I used to get vit B shots years ago. Foodstuffs can give you Vit B in absorbable quantities .

You say: "I’m desperate I will try anything for nerve pain". You need to carefully investigate the behaviour of the nerve pain. Nerve pain can be helped by the complementary medical physical therapies. However, you need the right physical therapy for the cause of the nerve pain.

Note the word help. They are not a cure. In some cases they can reduce the pain to a very low level.

To work with the complementary to investigate your pain behaviour you need meditation and mindfulness. Meditation to help quieten the mind so that you can observe better with the mindfulness practice.

Vitamin B complex tablets are relatively cheap and should give you all the B vitamins you need.
